WSP/ Parsons Brinckerhoff – New Denver Office

MAX Construction, Inc. recently began construction on a 15,257 SF space in the heart of Denver for WSP / Parsons Brinckerhoff – an international engineering firm committed to transforming the built environment as well as restoring the natural environment.  The space is currently in the initial stages of construction including framing, installing rough electrical, mechanical and plumbing (shown in the photos below). It will eventually incorporate 10 different paint colors, glass tile on the walls in the break room, banquette seating, and Wink walls in various locations – turning ordinary walls into writing and creative spaces.

From the initial contact with Mr. William VonFeldt during our stage planning meeting to the final walk through, we felt MAX Construction committed to render the best quality in service, and to ease the burden of having such a large remodeling project while our office performed its normal operation. We were particularly impressed by the dedication, attention to detail, follow up and professional behavior of your superintendent.

MAX Construction, Inc. was asked to complete small and large projects with very short completion schedules.  Each time, the project was completed on time and within budget.  Your ability to manage subcontractors and maintain overall cleanliness on the job was a great benefit to us.

Once we started, MAX took total control.  It is refreshing to work with professionals who take ownership of a project, and see it through from start to finish.  We always had up to date information, and the paperwork was always in order.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with MAX Construction, Inc. in the future.  Thank you and your team for a job well done.
