History

Alex Szollosi, the President, founded MAX Construction, Inc. in 1991, focusing on tenant finish construction.  Over the past 25 years, MAX Construction, Inc. has flourished in the Denver market with a reputation for excellence that has resulted from over two decades of hard work and dedication to the values that drive the MAX team.  By choosing to focus every aspect of the business on Honesty and Integrity, Alex has not only generated numerous long-standing relationships, but he has built a team of individuals that are devoted to producing high-quality projects in accordance with these values.  

MAX Team

Our team consists of a variety of individuals with backgrounds that have been specifically honed for the tenant finish industry.  Upon meeting our team, it is evident that the ages of our superintendents vary greatly, but the passion for construction that we all share remains consistent throughout.  With most of our superintendents graduating from construction programs around Colorado, you can be assured that our team has the necessary skills and experience to make your dreams a reality.  

As a team backed by professionals with an average of 35 years of construction experience, we place a high value on team collaboration as a resource for completing work.  With Upper Management consistently involved in every project we perform, we guarantee that work will be completed in the most professional manner with a product that is built with the best industry practices.

Community

At MAX Construction, we do not only believe in building superior products; we believe in building the community.  Over the past 25 years our firm has contributed to countless community outreach programs and fundraising events.  A few of our favorite organizations that benefit the community are The Denver Children’s Home and The Metro Denver Partners Mentoring Youth.  These particular programs aim directly to improve the future of our community and the potential of those which comprise it.
